our rates
Mobile Service Fee
Our mobile service fee is $1.75 per km plus taxes and is only charged one way. The minimum on site trip charge is $85 plus taxes. Each service call is charged the minimum on-site trip fee {even if we are already in the same area or RV park}.
If we need to return at a later date to replace/install a part, we will add the mileage together (still only one way each time) at the rate of $1.75/km OR $85 (whichever is greater)
*Emergency weekend calls are subject to an additional $75 fee on top of the mobile service fee
Shop Rate
Our shop rate is $130/hr with a minimum one hour charge. If we need to run out and grab a part, we add the driving time into the hourly charge.
Disclaimer
As a mobile service technician, I focus on areas I am skilled and trained in, tooled and stocked for. There are some services I do not offer and will require taking your RV to a shop or hiring others to perform.
