We are located in Langley, British Columbia and service the majority of the lower mainland. We are unable to service the Vancouver area.
We require at least 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. Because we are a mobile service, we lose the ability to fill the appointment in a timely manner. Anything less than 24 hours will forfeit the minimum $85 service fee.
We invoice through Quickbooks which allows customers to pay with credit card, Apple Pay and debit. We also accept e-transfers and we prefer this method as we are then not subject to transaction fees. Cash is also accepted but we do not carry cash on us so we are not able to give change.
We are a family run business but only Mike is the certified technician so only he will do the repairs. Often, for an extra set of hands, our 23 year old son, Owen, will come out.
